Enoch Odu Studios builds websites, apps and AI agent systems in Dallas, Texas. These terms cover this website and the tools we operate, including the social media tools that connect to accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile and Nextdoor. By using this website or those tools, you agree to these terms.
OUR SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS
Our social media tools are used to manage accounts that we own or operate. They read account information, insights, comments and messages through each platform’s official API, and publish posts only after a person has approved them. Connecting an account requires the account owner’s permission through that platform’s own sign-in screen, and the owner can withdraw it at any time in the platform’s settings. Use of these tools must also follow each platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
CLIENT WORK
Paid projects are governed by the written agreement or proposal for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use this website or our tools to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, or interfere with the security or operation of the site, our tools, or any connected platform.
CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP
