30-minute call. Figure out what you actually need.
Most agencies sell you what they're set up to build. We start by figuring out whether you need custom code at all. Sometimes you don't — a $79/mo SaaS is the right answer, and we'll say so. When you do need custom, we use the discovery call to nail the exact problem and the smallest possible v1 that solves it.

"SCOPE & QUOTE"
Fixed price, timeline, feature list. No hourly surprises.
Within 48 hours of the call, you get a 1-page scope: phase 1 feature list, fixed price, timeline with milestones, and what's explicitly NOT in scope. No 'starting from', no tiers, no hourly billing. If we underestimated, that's our problem to absorb.

"BUILD"
Weekly demos of working software. Change direction every 7 days.
We work in 1-week sprints. Every Friday, you see real software running — not slide decks, not progress reports. If something is off, you catch it on day 5 of week 1, not day 35 of week 5. You can change direction any week without scope-creep charges (within reason — major pivots get re-quoted, but small course corrections don't).

"SHIP & SUPPORT"
Deploy to your accounts. Hand over the code. Stay available.
We deploy to your own Vercel/Railway/AWS — never ours. Code goes to your GitHub. Documentation includes a Loom walkthrough of every system. Your team can extend or hire someone else without our permission. After launch, you can pick a retainer plan or just walk away cleanly.

"OPTIMIZE"
Optional. Monthly retainer, quarterly strategy, or walk away clean.
Three options post-launch. (1) Maintain retainer ($X/mo for security updates, bug fixes, light tweaks). (2) Grow retainer for active feature development. (3) Walk away with a fully documented codebase. We don't push retainer if you don't need it — about 40% of clients walk away cleanly and we're glad they do.
