Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation. Everything in your repo, peer-reviewed, idempotent. No more click-ops drift.

KUBERNETES (WHEN IT'S RIGHT)
We don't push k8s by default. If your team is 5 people and you have 3 services, you don't need it. If you have 30 services, you might. We tell you straight.
DISASTER RECOVERY
Multi-region, point-in-time backups, runbook tested at least once a quarter. RPO/RTO targets matched to actual business need, not paranoia.
TECH STACK
WHAT WE WON'T DO
- Tell you to use the cloud when a $40/mo VPS would do. Most early-stage apps don't need AWS.
- Recommend the most expensive option just because we have a partner badge somewhere. (We don't.)
- Migrate without a rollback plan. Every cutover has a tested abort path before we touch production.
